Training Center Programs
PBDG is committed to the growth and development of Construction related businesses in Oregon. Our center provides technical assistance to Minorities and MBE/DBE firms working in the fields of construction, engineering, and architecture. We also cater to individuals who are seeking to open their own businesses within the construction industry. Our relationship-centric and case management approach is designed to be flexible and responsive to every client’s individual needs.
Services:
- One-on-one Business Advising
- Business readiness, planning, and assessments
- Construction Education
- COBID certification and government contracting support
- Advanced Support in the following areas: Estimating, Bidding, Bonding, Accounting, Operations, and Mentorship
- Networking & Business Development opportunities
- Access to information and plans for both private and public contracting opportunities
Services are available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Arabic & Yoruba.
All PBDG programs are specific to the Construction industry.

Capacity Builders
- Growth and mature stage of business
- Annual Time Commitment: 10 hours
- Business located in Oregon
- Eligibility factors: Priority to Minority and DBE businesses
- Cost: $0 -$250
