Class Description

This workshop will provide sub-contractors (including architect, engineering and design firms) a better understanding of how to respond to Request for Proposals. We will cover the most common proposal development tips and tools that may be used to increase your potential for getting an award.

Class Level

This is a beginner – intermediate level class. Beginer level companies are either a start up business or in ramp up mode where business activity is picking up, have at least one active contract, hired your first few employees and you are working on your business full-time. Intermediate level companies have their systems and processes set up and are in full growth mode. You have a good handle on how to manage more than one contract and are looking to improve and expand current operations as well as build a pipeline of customers and relationships.
