Class Description

A construction contract lays out the details and expectations of a project to make sure everyone is in agreement before the work starts. This class will touch on what you need to look for and what you need to know before you get started on your next construction project.

Class Level

This is an advanced level class. Advanced level firms have an established back office and sales cycle experience. You have an established number of client relationships, years of experience and are looking to take your business to the next level by diversifying into new lines of business or strengthening management capabilities.

Maurice Rahming is the president of O’Neill Construction Group and has over 30 years of experience in construction. He has successfully completed a multitude of projects as a general contractor. Maurice has extensive knowledge of all project phases from beginning to completion.

Jenifer Huang is a Construction Manager with CBRE Heery. She is an experienced designer with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture & planning industry. Jennifer is skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD Architecture, and Space Planning. Jennifer is a strong arts and design professional with a Ecological Design Certificate focused in Architecture from University of Oregon.

Clint is vice president of preconstruction and marketing for OEG, Inc. As vice president, he oversees overall preconstruction services through preliminary planning and engineering in order to define the project as well as new market opportunities and ways to strengthen and develop business relationships across multiple divisions of OEG. Clint started his career as a field electrician and quickly transitioned into varying management roles before becoming a part of the executive team at OEG in 2011. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table with over 22 years’ experience in the electrical construction industry.
